Medvedin (1,235 m.a.s.l.)
Medvědín (1,235 m.) is a mountain in the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše Mountains). You can reach its peak by a chairlift from Špindlerův Mlýn. The chairlift is open all year long and serves also for cyclists.
Medvědín is an important ski resort in the Giant Mountains. The resort was built on the south-eastern slope and comprises 3 pistes of all difficulty levels (blue, red, black). The red graded slope is up to 60 meters wide and ranks among the longest and widest red pistes in the country.
The Medvědín ski resort is interconnected with tow and blue piste with a smaller ski resort Horní Mísečky.
The P3 car park in Medvědín is free of charge in the winter season (December – Easter).
